Special Education
From preschool through high school, PVSchools Special Education services are available in primary content areas like reading, written language, and mathematics.
Based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), students may be eligible to receive related services such as speech-language, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. All students identified for special education services are expected to meet the same standards as their peers with allowable accommodations, modifications, and supports.
At WWA we are lucky enough to be home to two Special Education programs along with our Resource program. On our campus we have the Structured Academic program for grades K-6. We also have the Learning for Independence program for grades K-6. There are three awesome resource teachers at WWA and they also work with students in K-6. In all three programs we have wonderful teachers and paraprofessionals who work hard, love their students and go above and beyond to meet their unique individual needs!
